The 7 1/2 Steps and the LCLS Blog Training

These steps are simple, straightforward ideas to keep in mind as a person learns. They don't seem like anything new, really, but it's always good for me to see ideas written on the page and to be reminded of them.

The only step that I can see I need keep in mind is the third step - to view problems as challenges - which I sometimes forget if I'm learning something completely new, like anything to do with computers (with which I have a somewhat uneasy relationship).

I also am probably weak in the area of step six (using technology to my advantage) because I am not terribly excited about computers, cell phones, etc., as are most other people. But I know it's good to know as much as I can about these things as possible so I can use them when I need to and get as much as I choose to get out of them. Then I can get back to my quill and parchment paper. (Just kidding).
